Cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, mace, cloves, coriander and ginger powder [30g].
Quick & Easy:
Sprinkle over fruits for crumbles, for extra flavour add ½ tsp to a crumble mixture.
Add to cookie recipes or in place of ginger spice in a gingerbread recipe.
Cooking to Impress:
Fig Pavlova: In a baking tray, place halved figs/plums. Add 1 tsp of the spice mix, 3 tbsp of honey and bake at 180C for 10 mins. Add a squeeze of half a lemon and set aside to cool. Assemble meringue, whipped cream, then the figs and drizzle with the juices from the baking tray. Finish off by sprinkling with chopped pistachio nuts.
