Chicken pieces in a tomato and caramelised onion sauce with a fiery garlic and chilli paste. This traditionally Gujarati paste is a concentrated blend of garlic and chilli that packs a huge punch. Known as “Lasan ni chutney” it can be used as a marinade as well as added to a curry.
Portion size is equivalent to one main or two sides, perfect when scooped up with a chapati (Indian unleavened bread).

Ideal with rice or a couple of chapati’s (unleavened bread).

Ingredients: Chicken, red peppers, oil, cloves, cardamom, cassia bark, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli, cumin, coriander, garlic, ginger, red chilli, water, salt, lemon juice, Garam Masala Blend, (see blend for ingredients list).
Takeaway will be delivered chilled, ready for you to heat when required or freeze for a later date.
