Portion size is equivalent to one main or two sides, perfect when scooped up with a chapatti (Indian unleavened bread)
This dahl is similar to a tarka dahl but the lentil has more definition.

Dried yellow split peas, curry leaves, hing, cumin, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, water, salt, lemon juice, dahl spice blend, (see blend for ingredients list) and fresh coriander.
