A bumper pack of keema samosas’. A triangular crispy filo like pastry filled with delicately spiced minced lamb, peas and onions. A mouth watering teatime snack, perfect with coriander or tamarind chutney. Made to a medium spice level.
Ingredients: Minced lamb, peas, onions, yogurt, cumin, coriander, Kashmiri chilli, turmeric, salt, lemon, clove, garam masala and cassia bark; plain flour, oil, milk. Tamarind Chutney:
