How should I store the herbs and spices?
We always recommend that any product with freshly-blended herbs and spices is kept in a dark, cool cupboard and used before the best before date. That way you are using the freshest ingredients.
How many people does one tin serve?
Each recipe is different but mainly designed for up to four people. Each tin should allow you to re-create the recipe 4-5 times. Of course, if cooking for less than four, you will be able to make a greater number of servings.
Are your products organic?
At present they are not but they are very carefully sourced from A-Grade growers known to us, and of the highest quality.
Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, all the spices are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. In fact, all our recipes are technically vegetarian as all meat and fish dishes can be easily adapted using your preferred vegetarian ingredients.
Are they gluten free?
Whilst the herbs and spices do not contain any gluten, we cannot guarantee that they were not packed in a facility that may have handled other gluten products.
Are they nut free?
Each herbs and spice blend clearly state the ingredients contained in it, however, we cannot guarantee that they were not packed in a facility that may have contained nuts.

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 days upon receipt and are then dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Standard Delivery normally takes 3-4 working days from date of dispatch.
All orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Express Delivery: We also offer express delivery for orders placed before 11 am for next day delivery by 1 pm. All express orders placed on Friday after 11 am will be sent out on Monday to be received on Tuesday.

All our products are lovingly made by hand, fresh to order. This means at certain peak times there can be slight delays. We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and guarantee to have all orders ready for dispatch within 3–4 working days.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver outside of the UK.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We aim to satisfy all our customers. In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive in a damaged/faulty condition please firstly contact us by email on email@example.com
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Depending on the specific order, you will either be offered a refund or a replacement.
If when your order arrives, you can tell before opening the box, that there has been extensive damage during shipping, please ‘Refuse’ the package. It will then be sent back to us and we will organise a replacement/refund.
If you receive an incorrect item, we will happily organise collection and, once it has arrived back with us (sealed, and in good condition), the correct item will be shipped out.
Refunds on any promotional items will be subject to the price at the time of the promotion.
